Online Training

We are happy to offer comprehensive support offerings for any of our products as well as tailored training to suits your needs and to ensure that you receive the maximum benefit of our products.

Support for installation

Technical support offered for installation includes remote product installation and configuration via Webex or TeamViewer. After finishing the installation and configuration process, our support team together with the customer will test the applications that were installed to make sure that everything is working properly.

On-site Support

This service is available for new customers who need a helping hand setting up, or existing customers who need more in-depth support and advice. A technical support engineer can come to your office to help you with any Poltys software or service queries you may have.

The technical support services are granted by Poltys Inc. to customers by contract.
