Discovery Phase: Panasonic Dealers engage directly with our software developers to understand the specific integration requirements. This early process phase includes brainstorming to build the set of features and the most efficient design to meet all the customer’s needs.

Definition Phase: Based on the goals and integration requirements, Poltys will provide a proposal outlining implementation process, associated development effort, and price scopes.

Approval Phase: If the customer agrees with the proposal, Poltys will provide a detailed Statement Of Work (SOW) with the project scope, deliverables, project scheduling and a firm price quote.

Solution Support: Upon completion of all work, Poltys shall submit to the customer a Professional Services Completion Checklist for their review and signature. Poltys developers stay directly involved during software installation and validation within the customer’s environment. Poltys' Technical Support team will address any subsequently issues or questions that may appear in a timely manner.
